Our Policy
For our guest’s complete comfort, cell phones are not permitted in the spa or pedicure rooms.
Please turn your ringer off for any services.
Please call a minimum of 24 hours in advance, should a cancellation be necessary. If the service
is cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice, you will be charged 50% of the service(s). If you no show to your service(s) the same fee applies.
Late arrivals: a phone call is always appreciated. In consideration of other spa guests your late arrival time will determine the length of your service. Your service time will not be extended for
a late arrival and the full price of your service will be charged.
For the safety of children and the comfort of others, please leave your child in care of a loved one if they do not have an appointment at our salon.
